100-Day Recovery Program
A medically supervised plan built around how long the brain, medicines and habits take to heal.
Overview
Brain circuits need 12–16 weeks, medicines 8–12 weeks and habits 90–100 days to change. Our 100-day program gives recovery the time it actually needs, lowering relapse risk by up to 80%.
